Dahlia is a very small black female. She is 6 years old, spayed, very healthy and well behaved. She is 43lbs.

She is very well behaved, house trained, crate trained, walks beautifully on a leash and is used to being groomed regularly. Dahlia loves hunting after squirrels and chipmunks. Dahlia would not do well in a house with cats. She is not a lap poodle. If you want a lap snuggle, that's not Dahlia.

The cost per puppy for pet ("limited") American Kennel Club (AKC) registration is $1,400. A show/breeding rights ("unlimited") AKC registration costs an additional $400 for a total of $1,800 to pre-approved experienced breeders only. Puppy selection is based on the order of receipt of the non-refundable deposit per puppy of $300. The balance of $1,100 (or $1,500 for unlimited registration) is due a minimum of 24 hours prior to puppy delivery (if paying via PayPal), or paid in cash at the time of delivery.
Once your deposit is received you will receive your puppy's electronic puppy packet with handouts on raising puppies, grooming, crate training, information about your puppy's parents and their health testing, and a copy of our most recent Christmas newsletter.
As your puppy grows you will receive weekly updates, video and pictures as appropriate. You will hear from me at a minimum of once per week until your puppy is old enough to go home with you. Pictures will be updated on my website and additional pictures/video will be posted to my Facebook page.
Grooming: Your puppy will be groomed weekly starting at 4 weeks of age. Grooming is progressive. At 4 weeks the puppies receive their first face shave. 5 weeks - face and base of tail (sanitary butt shave). 6 weeks - face, tail and feet. 7 - 8 weeks grooming is touched up weekly. When you receive your puppy they will be familiar with and used too all standard grooming equipment to start them off right. Puppies that are not groomed as babies can be very fearful when groomed as adults. Here at Ghost Timber we do everything possible to ensure your puppy starts out life right.
Pickup: When you pick up your puppy you will receive a gift bag that contains the following: written contract/health guarantee, vaccination/worming record, sample of the food they are eating, toy they are familiar with and smells like mom, and other misc. stuff that varies by litter.
